You won't be able to receive a fax at the library, but LLU students (only) may send faxes through the Interlibrary Loan Department (ILL).  Inquire about faxing at the Circulation Desk in the lobby.  For local/domestic faxes, the first page costs $2.00 and each additional page is $1.00.  For international faxes the first page costs $5.00 and each additional page costs $2.00.
